- Hold your stitches on your needles when you put your work away
- Turn double-points into short straight needles by putting a "stopper" on one end
- Keep your stitches from sliding off the back end of your double points when knitting in the round
- Hold your unloaded needles together so they don't get lost
- Try on a garment knitted in the round by putting one needle tip in from each side so the whole circular needle is available to spread your stitches
- Stick one on your needle when fixing a mistake, so you don't have another mistake!
